THE CHALET
The ultimate holiday pad, The Chalet evokes the glamour days of Palm Beach, California but with a relaxed vibe that is pure Byron.
The Chalet is for family or friends who want to live the dream holiday in style. Set in private grounds, amongst towering cabbage palms, The Chalet’s central focus is its classic swimming pool.
The Chalet has three bedrooms each with king beds and ensuites, sleeping up to 6 guests. Along with the open living and dining area that overlooks the pool there’s a media room with built-in lounge. With plush velvets and linens and draping curtains The Chalet offers luxury holiday vibes, the ultimate Byron escape.
THE BOWER COTTAGE
A classic country home – The Cottage – sits elegantly and in complete privacy in the Bower’s lush landscape. It is the original 100-year old dwelling, yet any nod to tradition ends at the front door, which opens into sophisticated, five-bedroom, luxury accommodation sleeping up to 10 guests.
From its five spacious bedrooms, three with ensuites, to the interior-exterior living and deck area set in lush tropical gardens, The Bower Cottage has been conceived with an effortless aesthetic.
On arrival our guests – extended families, friends and wedding parties – are enveloped in a sense of quiet indulgence through the soft, interior palette, its mix of hand-selected vintage and modern details, linen furnishings and the intimate interplay with nature.
MAGNOLIA HOUSE
Magnolia House is quintessential Byron design: pure, relaxed and sophisticated.
Situated on one of Byron’s tightly held laneways and hidden behind a vibrant ficus hedge, a pair of vintage salvaged doors open to reveal a magnificent home designed for family, for entertaining and for play.
The centrepiece of the BBA properties, Magnolia House is made for living large: grand yet informal with an open and inviting layout, lofty ceilings and stylish interior design.
From the living room, imposing floor to ceiling steel doors retract fully to a north-facing covered veranda and outdoor eating area. The effect is to create a vast interior-exterior space. Outside a manicured lawn extends the living area to the swimming pool and spa. An antique brick wall encloses the property and defines the shape of its private world.
Magnolia House is designed for family and friends, sleeping up to 8 guests, and provides ample spaces for children and parents to join together or disappear into. Along with the living and dining area downstairs, there’s a media room, a study and two guest powder rooms.
Upstairs has four bedrooms – three queens, a central bathroom and a spacious parent’s retreat with king bed, bath area, separate ensuite and lounge.
