Payment: 

Byron Beach Abodes, Micalo & The Villas of Byron – 50% payment is required to reserve your dates with a further 50% payable 60 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed with payment.

Cancellation policy: 

Byron Beach Abodes, Micalo & The Villas of Byron – Deposit refundable with 60 days notice, no refund within 60 days.

Check-in and out:

The Villas of Byron – Check-in 2pm and check-out 10am unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Byron Beach Abodes & Micalo – Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am.

Byron Beach Abodes & The Villas – Reservations are for pre-agreed named guests only. No weddings, parties, schoolies or events:  

No disturbance to neighbours:  Byron Beach Abodes and The Villas of Byron are intended for quiet family enjoyment with no noise or disturbance to neighbours as these are located in residential neighbourhoods.

Micalo – You are welcome to entertain up to 10 people before extra charges apply – please refer to our Events terms and conditions and pricing.

No weddings, parties, schoolies or events are to be held without prior arrangement with management:

Security Bond:

• Byron Beach Abodes & The Villas of Byron, a $1000 security bond is held as a credit card pre-authorisation (Visa or MasterCard), is processed the week prior to arrival and is released less damages within 14 days of your stay
• For Micalo A $3,000 security bond is held as a credit card pre-authorisation (Visa or MasterCard), is processed the week prior to arrival and is released less damages within 14 days of your stay

Pets:

Byron Beach Abodes & Micalo – Small pets are considered upon request.

The Villas of Byron – Sorry, no pets.

No smoking inside.
